Since our humble beginnings as a mobile service in 2004, we have expanded to a team of 7 industry experts. Owner and operator Michael Sukker shares a passion for quality Auto Electrical repairs with his team. Since establishing the business, Michael has kept his team at the forefront of auto electrical repairs by ensuring all staff are up to date with the latest industry training and techniques. Our workshop is kept up to date with the latest tools and equipment.

Meet the Team
Michael - Director
Michael started his Auto Electrical apprenticeship at age 19. Prior to starting his own company, he was employed by several Auto Electrical businesses throughout Brisbane. In 2004, Michael founded Access Auto Electrics and was operating as a mobile auto electrician. In 2006 Access Auto Electrics located to our current premises at 161 Waterworks Rd, Ashgrove. Michael has experience in all aspects of Auto Electrics and Air Conditioning. He has built up a solid relationship with the local mechanics, as well as part suppliers in Brisbane and interstate. Michael has a loyal customer base within the local area, as well as wider Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine coast regions. He manages all components of his business and has a great relationship with his experienced and long-term employees.
Kyla - Office Manager
Kyla started her career as a teacher and after 13 years of teaching joined her husband, Michael, in the family business. Kyla manages the day to day running of the office, as well as accounts receivable and payable. She also manages the digital marketing campaigns for the company. You will see Kyla in our office Mondays - Thursdays.
Gary - Accounts Manager
Gary joined Access Auto Electrics in 2006 after a long career in Banking, computer programming and finance. Gary oversees management of finances, including taxation, reporting and superannuation. Gary and Kyla also work together in the overall management and admin of the office. Gary works in our office on Fridays and from his home office on other days.
Tony - Workshop Manager
Tony joined Access Auto Electrics in 2012 after working for other Auto Electrical companies in Brisbane. Tony manages the day to day running of the workshop including quotes, ordering of parts, diagnostics/repairs, and customer enquiries. He is experienced in all areas of Auto Electrics and air conditioning and carries out diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models of vehicles, caravans, trucks, and boats.
Tony - Workshop Manager
Tony joined Access Auto Electrics in 2012 after working for other Auto Electrical companies in Brisbane. Tony manages the day to day running of the workshop including quotes, ordering of parts, diagnostics/repairs, and customer enquiries. He is experienced in all areas of Auto Electrics and air conditioning and carries out diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models of vehicles, caravans, trucks, and boats.
Heath - Apprentice Auto Electrician
Heath started his school-based apprenticeship with Access Auto Electrics in 2019. He is currently in his 2nd year apprenticeship. He is showing interest in all areas of auto electrical repairs and particularly likes fitting starter motors, batteries, and alternators.
Lachlan - Auto Electrician
Lachlan joined Access Auto Electrics in 2012 as a second-year apprentice. He has many years of Auto electrical experience and is knowledgeable in all components of auto electrical diagnostics and repairs. Lachlan is especially competent in Dual battery set ups, caravan and boat electrics, large wiring jobs and can perform a smart start interlock service.
David - Auto Electrician
David has been working at Access Auto Electrics since 2007 as Michael's first apprentice. David carries out our auto electrical work, as well as workshop diagnostics and repairs. He has experience working on all vehicles, with a particular interest in European cars.
Heath - Apprentice Auto Electrician
Heath started his school-based apprenticeship with Access Auto Electrics in 2019. He is currently in his 2nd year apprenticeship. He is showing interest in all areas of auto electrical repairs and particularly likes fitting starter motors, batteries, and alternators.
